LUDHIANA: The Ludhiana administration has established a control room to monitor oxygen supply to hospitals involved in treating Covid-19 patients.
During a review meeting, deputy commissioner Varinder Kumar warned oxygen suppliers that there should not by any pilferage of oxygen for industrial activities as treating Covid-19 patients was government's top priority.
The administration has also appointed two nodal officers to ensure smooth oxygen supply to the hospitals as well as to patients kept under home isolation.
During the meeting, police commissioner Rakesh Agrawal medical oxygen helpline numbers 7837018500 and
0161-2421091.
These numbers will remain operational 24 hours and will be working from the Police Control Room.
