Share price of Concor rises as Nifty strengthens

Shares of Container Corporation of India Ltd. gained 0.14 per cent to Rs 550.15 in Thursday's trade as of 12:48PM (IST).

The stock hit a high price of Rs 552.15 and low of Rs 544.5 during the session.

The return on equity (ROE) for the stock stood at 4.02 per cent. Traded volume on the counter stood at 12:48PM shares and turnover at Rs 4.65 crore around that time.

The stock of Container Corporation of India Ltd. quoted a 52-week high and 52-week low prices of Rs 643.9 and Rs 329.75, respectively.

The Beta value of the counter, which measures its volatility in relation to the broader market, stood at 0.88.

Promotor/FII Holding
Promoters held 54.8 per cent stake in the company as of 31-Mar-2021, while FIIs held 24.0 per cent and domestic institutional investors had 16.35 per cent.

Key Financials
The company reported consolidated sales of Rs 1842.11 crore for the quarter ended 31-Dec-2020, up 17.04 per cent from previous quarter's Rs 1573.97 crore and up 14.39 per cent from the year-ago quarter's Rs 1610.34 crore.

Net profit after tax for the latest quarter stood at Rs 234.27 crore, up 29.51 per cent from the same quarter a year ago.
