In games like football it doesn't matter cuz you need great passing running and defense to win a ring where one player can only impact 1/3 of the game.

Football. It’s part of a big picture. But it’s not even close to the end all be all like some like to believe. Eli has 2 rings Marino has 0.
Baseball nobody cares. Bonds, Griffey, Ted Williams etc. Nobody holds it against them
