Thread: Tax hack for single guys?

Always hear about these crazy women marrying guys in prison. But are they really crazy? Maybe they are doing it as a tax shelter.

What happens if you marry someone incarcerated for life? Can you claim the married tax rate without ever really having to spend any money on them? Can they still divorce you and take half your chit from death row? Could be a significant tax advantage for CEO 150k/yr.

I don't pay taxes on my business. So that works for me.

Still going overseas is overrated. I've been a Nomad for 5+ years. Most places don't really know English well or still have high taxes themselves. I think it's pretty much just the country of Georgia that doesn't tax oversea assets in general but I didn't find living there easy - no women on dating apps, women don't go to bars, stray dogs on every street, etc. And the famous Caribbean no tax islands are even worse places: imagine being surrounded by fat ghetto black chicks and the only places to eat at is KFC or random Fish diners.

The only country I found overseas that pro-Western is the Philippines because they let us stay for 3+ years and the girls love us but the 30%+ tax rate there is a hard pill to swallow.

How about the soldiers who get placed in Japan? Brb no war, brb goat food. Brb getting paid to live in a great country. Seems great.

Oh I figured you meant the working in a combat zone exclusion. Like the mechanic miscer in the automotive forum. It's harder to escape taxes just working some random spot isn't it? Thought unless you give up citizenship the US still taxes you?
