    Food Face Off, post 23. Portabello vs Morel/other mushrooms.

    I know not everyone has access to morel mushrooms since they are not commercially available. Morels grow in the wild during certain times of the year, and you have to go out and find them. So I'm lumping "Other" with morels.

    Either mushroom can be prepared any way.
