- upstairs neighbor is loud as fuk can be heard all day until 2am (Sounds like furniture is being dragged around loudly every 5 minutes for weeks.)
- kunt plays music at 10am on monday, op who works from home, nicely asks to turn down and is met with a slammed door.
- complained to the property management team who said they would "speak with them"... Apparently its some older bisch according to management WHO LIVES BY HERSELF.
-kunt bisch stops playing music but gets 5x louder after op complains and now purposely stomps extra loud out of spite
-op brings up issue up to management for a 3rd time now and is told there is not much they can do until the lease ends.
- op files multiple police complaints and courtesy complaints to no avail.
- op is losing his mind and feels as if there is recourse or way out of this as op is committed for another 5 months or pay $3500 early termination
what do misc?

honestly I've found it's better to just move lol
Lived for a bit in a condo with a dunce upstairs who figured any time of the day was great for calisthenics. Lodged many complaints, even logged every time the ****er woke me up at night. Strata did nothing except send letters, then claimed they "investigated" and found no proof of the noise source. Then when I asked what counter-theory they had or kind of evidence would be good enough they simply ignored me LOL
In my case I dealt with a leasing agent who agreed to break my lease for free and I just moved into a quiet building with boring owners. In your scenario, it's pretty clear the noise is diminishing the value of your lease so you should be looking up your state's tenancy laws to see whether unreasonable noise (aka violating your right to peaceful enjoyment) can allow you to get out of your lease without needing to wait.Go Canucks Go!
Mais notre monde érodé restera le même
Et demain toi et moi serons partis

I didn't say that - I own a condo in a Third World Country but because it's a nice building that poors can't afford, I don't have neighbor problems like you (also, I was smart and bought on the top floor)...
I bought a second condo in the next building over so if you get to Manila, let me know and I'll give you a rate on Airbnb!
