Going Digital! Now All Your Aadhaar-Related Query To Be Answered This Week
The Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI), which assigns 12-digit unique identity numbers, has launched an Aadhaar Helpline that is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The Aadhaar helpline service is available in 13 languages, and anyone with an Aadhaar card can use it by dialing the toll-free number 1947 or sending an email to help@uidai.gov.in.
The UIDAI announced the Aadhaar Helpline service on Twitter, stating, "#AadhaarHelpline is available seven days a week." e-Aadhaar is a password-protected electronic version of Aadhaar that has been digitally signed by UIDAI's competent authority.
Call 1947 during any of the hours specified for agent assistance. Support for IVRS is also available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can also reach out to us via email at help@uidai.gov.in." Aadhaar card holders can get agent assistance in this helpline service from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM Monday through Saturday, and from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Sunday, according to the UIDAI.
The UIDAI went on to say, "Informing Aadhaar card holders about the languages in which the Aadhaar Helpline service is available," before adding, " "Hindi, English, Telugu, Kannada, Tamil, Malayalam, Punjabi, Gujarati, Marathi, Oriya, Bengali, Assamese, and Urdu are among the 13 languages supported by the #Aadhaar #Helpline 1947. For a conversation in the language of your choosing, dial #1947AadhaarHelpline."
