WDEZEX is PMR drive. If it was an SMR then they would change the model number.

Maybe because people might negotiate very low after seeing that seller got their item for a small price.

Because he bought it for 2850/- and selling it for 3100/- gst amount is Rs.434.75 amount before gst would be 2415/-
