Solar scam accused Saritha Nair arrested

Kozhikode, Apr 22 (UNI) The Kasaba police here on Thursday arrested Saritha Nair, the prime accused in the controversial solar scam case, from Thiruvananthapuram.
Police sources said she was arrested for skipping appearance in the court in a cheating case for which the trial court here had issued many warrants.
The case before the court was that Saritha had cheated customers after receiving Rs.42.70 lakh for installing solar panels.
Apart from Saritha, there are two more accused in the case, registered by the Kasaba police.
They are Saritha's business partner Biju Radhakrishnan and company driver Manimon.
