Question about Shiprocket and DTDC

How is your experience with shiprocket is it reliable ?
Also if I go for doorstep pickup of shiprocket or DTDC do I have to open the package in front of them and repackage it or they just take it as it is packed ?.

Not adding anything useful to the thread, I'm also asking. I thought you can't get shiprocket services unless you own a firm where you require to ship stuff.
And didn't know that DTDC does doorstep pickup lol

Hi all, I am new to buying and selling used items and hence would like to know what are the typical shipping costs for parcels (weight, dimensions, courier partner, source and destination cities) and how do people hand over the items to the courier (drop-off vs pickup). I am from Kolkata...
