Ex-serviceman commences fast demanding possession of 5 acres of land

Kakinada, Apr 21(UNI) An ex-service man of the port city Thalari David Rajkumar has commenced indefinite fast in front of the collectorate here on Wednesday demanding possession of five acre land sanctioned to him in the ex-serviceman's quota .

He said that the land was given in A Mallavaram village of Gollaprolu mandal during 1987 but not given possession till date.

He has appealed to the District Collector to order for giving possession of the land to him after duly conducting a survey. He also urged the Collector to provide the D-form patta also to the land.
