so it seems like everybody has their own opinion on what to eat and what not to eat, like some people say not to eat rice or bread and other people say its fine, i don’t want arnolds body or anything im just looking to get a decent body this summer to be more attractive to women cause long story short i am a 25 year old virgin thats never been in a relationship who tried on dating apps with no success cause i don’t get any likes, and if i do get likes it’s usually overweight obese people. i also have extreme social anxiety to the point where i can’t get one.
but anyways, so yeah, i have a skinny fat body and my diet isn’t the best but it seems like the only muscle i can get is my upper arms with still fat all over my body. i was wondering how many calories do i need to eat a day to lose fat and get some abs? and how long will that approximately take to see results at my body fat percentage? i have my own exercise machine (but i keep it at my parents house for now until i can bring it in my apartment) and my apartment does a have a fitness center, but don’t like going because im too socially awkward and everybody hogs up the equipment so i wanted to just rather do homework outs instead.
so i recently discovered this exercise video and holy ****! i was more out of breath doing this for 5 minutes then i was doing on my 400 dollar exercise machine which means it’s working. do you guys recommend doing this everyday to see results on abs and belly fat loss?
also heres a pic of my body right now
also my other arm is bigger due to excessive masturbating, which led to decrease testosterone in my body which is probably why i have excessive acne and can’t build much muscle.
edit: noticed it told me i couldn’t post any pics or links unless i had 50 posts cause i am a new user, so sorry folks.

Anyone who tells you never to eat a specific food is probably not the best source of info. That being said, highly palatable foods tend to be high in calories and difficult to limit when it comes to portion sizes. So if you're someone who's susceptible to binging, try to avoid having Oreos lying around, because I promise you won't be able to stop eating them once you start.
Check in the stickies for calorie calculators and good novice programs. They're effective.
Being out of breath isn't necessarily a good measure of whether or not you're building muscle or losing fat. I'm way more out of breath after doing a handful of burpees than I am after lifting, but that doesn't mean I should just do 10 burpees a day and expect to improve my body in any significant way. Losing fat is simply about consuming fewer calories than your body expends.BP: 275

The left side of my body (arms, shoulders, legs, back) has always been stronger than my right. I can do more reps to failure with my left side than my right using dumb bells. My left arm has always been about 1/4" larger than my right. I'm right handed. Even my left testicle is larger than the other two testicles on the right. How can that be explained? Even my dog had a larger left testicle than the right, but he only had two.
