Covid was traumatic? People sat in their jammies for a year getting paid 80% of their income watching Netflix & eating cake was traumatic?
The next traumatic event in 2040 gonna be everyone collectively hitting their funny bone on the edge of the dining table.Formerly HandBrah, LipBrah & FootBrah

1. Population is now aware that the governments can take their entire life away from them whenever they see fit
2. Lots of people afraid to leave their homes/interact with anyone for over year
3. People so demoralised they're willing to give up their bodies as a science experiment because they 'just want things to get back to normal.'
This past year will burn deep into the conscious of the world population for decades.

I'll probably living off of retirement and bitcoin investment money in a mountain forest cabin by 2040 lol, will have no care in the world about climate change, natural resources depletion like oil/gas, pandemics, political turmoil and fraud elections, etc.
COVID was a cakewalk for most young people like me, and doesn't even compare to previous events/pandemics/trauma other generations faced before us.
I'm part of the generation that is currently in college or just graduated, just started working 9-5, and just getting out into the real world during these difficult times, but that's life, son. Nobody said it was going to be easy or fair, and 2040 kids better put their big boy pants on and deal with whatever hurdle life throws at them.Last edited by deft0nes; Today at 12:36 PM.
