The Supreme Court on Tuesday decided that it will hear only
urgent matters from April 22 in view of the alarming Covid-19 situation in the capital. Matters like death penalty matter,
Habeas Corpus, anticipatory bail, cases related to dispossession/eviction etc would be considered for urgent hearing.
