New Delhi, Apr 21 (UNI) Union Home Minister Amit Shah on Wednesday expressed his deepest condolences over the loss of lives in Nashik Oxygen gas leak incident in which 22 people have died.
"I am distressed to hear the news of the accident of oxygen leak in a hospital in Nashik. I express my deepest condolences on this irreparable loss of those who have lost their loved ones in this accident," the Home Minister tweeted.
At least 22 patients on ventilator died due to an interrupted supply of oxygen at the Zakir Hussain Municipal hospital in Maharashtra's Nashik district. The incident happened when an Oxygen tanker leaked while tankers were being filled.
