Bunaai is a label from Jaipur that was founded by Pari Poonam Choudhary in 2016. She built a collection around the culture of Rajasthan by adding colorful and festive designs to the label. Every month, a limited collection design is launched on the website that gets out of stock very soon. The 'Women of Bunaai' are always waiting for Bunaai to launch new designs every month especially around the festive season! This innovative business idea came from the founder herself who has been a keen enthusiast for fashion and loves doing business. She combined both of her skills to come up with a successful label which has made an unreal growth in the last few years. Bunaai has 1 million followers on Instagram already, including celebrities like Sonakshi Sinha, Bhumi Pednekar, Soha Ali Khan, Divyanka Tripathi, Ridhi Dogra, Srishty Rode, Ankita Sharma, Aditi Bhatia and many more. The label has managed to garner love from all the women who love ethnic clothing as the products are neither too expensive and nor too cheap. The label has been on floors for 4 years and a lot has changed since then. Pari decided to launch the label with one limited edition piece in the beginning, and then it became a ritual to do that every month. Pari strongly believes that every woman is beautiful as they are and she wants that to be reflected in her designs so that whenever a girl steps in the designs from the label, they believe in their beauty now more than ever. She has strong social values and firmly believes in caring for the environment thus her brand deals with sustainable clothing and also practices fair trading. Talking more about Pari Poonam Choudhary, she knew about her passion for fashion at the age of 13 and she knew she wanted to pursue this as a career in the future, Hence, after graduating, she enrolled herself in multiple diploma courses like fashion styling, fashion buying and merchandising, luxury brand management and fashion designing. She was an avid observer of details and learned a lot in this period. She had the vision to introduce a label of her own which is purely made in India and she turned it into a reality thanks to her hard work and talent.
