Federal Bank appoints Damodaran as Chief Risk Officer

Damodaran will take the place of Wilson Cyriac, the existing Chief Risk Officer of the Bank who would be retiring from the services of the Bank on April 30.

The Board of Directors of The Federal Bank Limited has approved the appointment of Damodaran C as Chief Risk Officer of the Bank for a period of 3 years from May 01, 2021. Damodaran will take the place of Wilson Cyriac, the existing Chief Risk Officer of the Bank who would be retiring from the services of the Bank on April 30, 2021.

“Damodaran C is an Associate Member of Indian Institute of Banking & Finance. He has work experience of more than 22 years in various facets of Banking in Federal Bank,” company said in a regulatory filing on Tuesday.

Federal Bank Ltd stock trade on Tuesday ended at Rs72.10 per piece up by Rs0.2 or 0.28% from its previous closing of Rs71.90 per piece on the BSE.
