Navin Fluorine International Limited has informed that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee has allotted 4,690 Equity Shares of the Company on 17th April, 2021 to the eligible employees of the Company upon exercising Stock Options by them under the ESOP Schemes.
With this allotment, the paid-up share capital of the Company has increased to Rs9,90,01,265/- consisting of 4,94,93,355 fully paid-up equity shares of face value of Rs2/- each and 14,555 partly paid equity shares of face value Rs2/- each, on which Re1/- per share paid-up (Out of these 14,555 shares, in-principle approval for listing of 5,635 shares upon conversion from partly paid to fully paid has been received).
On Monday morning trading session, Navin Fluorine International was currently trading at Rs3,038.75 per piece down by Rs97.95 or 3.12% on Sensex.
Previously, the trading was closed at Rs3,136.70 per piece on the BSE.
