Bright days ahead offer the perfect opportunity to enjoy outdoor dining at the recently redesigned “On The Terrace,” charming curated picnics, uniquely crafted ice cream sandwich Summer Saturdays, British vendor Friday Favourites, and speciality pairing menus offering exclusive Champagne by the glass in a special partnership with Dom Pérignon.
Toast the Town with Dom Pérignon
Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane continues its special partnership with Dom Pérignon, which relaunches with an exceptional three course Perfect Pairings menu featuring Dom Pérignon Blanc Vintage 2010, Plénitude Deuxième P2 Vintage 2002, and Rosé Vintage 2006 exclusively by the glass. Featuring accompaniment include parched lobster, curry-spiced Balik salmon with oscietra caviar and strawberry tartlet with Champagne caviar.
On The Terrace has further curated a refreshed and versatile summer menu by Executive Chef Henry Brosi, featuring delectable options for every palate. Delicious starters include wild sea bass tartare, asparagus lemon risotto, and langoustine tempura, and then fresh-from-the-grill jumbo prawns, lobster and wagyu striploin or burgers.
Additionally, guests can enjoy a refreshed seasonal cocktail menu created by Bar Manager Ivan Arena and inspired by the sights and sounds of London. Raise a glass in celebration with the floral Rose Garden, fruity Eye for London or citrusy Ring the Bell.
Summer Special Series
Beginning June 2021, weekly special “Friday Favourites” will highlight British culinary producers sourced from London’s famous Borough Market, from refreshing oysters to award-winning cheese, while the weekends will introduce “Summer Saturdays,” offering original ice cream sandwich treats dreamed up by the Hotel’s incredible Pastry Chef. Afternoon Tea or Picnic in The Royal Parks
With Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane located mere steps from three Royal Parks, it is the perfect season for a carefully customised picnic hamper to enjoy the abundant greenery and shared moments together. There will be two wonderful options to choose from: the classic takeaway with snacks and Champagne, or the deluxe offering complete with a Picnic Butler to set up the ultimate spread for guests to enjoy at their leisure. Alternatively, inquire about a special Afternoon Tea experience on property.
