ITC on Commission invoice from ZOMATO/SWIGGY

Dear sir,

we owned a cafeteria supplying through ZOMATO/SWIGGY and at the month end they give us invoice for there Commission and we paid franchise amount to owner on which he chaged GST, we are charging GST @ 5%.

We are eligible for ITC on said commission ?

We are eligible for ITC on said franchise  ?
