Nexzu Mobility launches Roadlark e-bicycle with upto 100km range at Rs 42,000

Nexzu Mobility (formerly Avan Motors) a leading e-mobility brand, has launched its new range of electric bicycle christened ‘Roadlark’ with a claimed range of upto 100km in a single charge. The e-bicycle is priced at Rs 42,000.

The company claims that the e-bicycle comes with sturdy cold rolled steel frame, automotive-grade build quality and customer-centric features like a removable battery and dual disc brakes and can go toe to toe with most electric and even some petrol scooters.

The Nexzu team says they achieved the breakthrough by innovating a new lightweight frame design, a higher efficiency powertrain and incorporating a state-of-the-art energy storage solution. The Roadlark features a ‘dual battery system’. A primary 8.7Ah lightweight, removable battery and a secondary 5.2 Ah in-frame battery that can be charged on a domestic socket. The e-bicycle can achieve a 100km riding range on pedelec mode and 75km range of throttle mode. It reaches a speed of 25kph for a safe and comfortable riding experience and features dual ventilated disc brakes for effective stopping power and a rugged front suspension for safety and riding comfort.
