New Delhi, Apr 19 (UNI) The Supreme Court on Monday stayed further proceedings before the Delhi High Court in the Amazon-Future-Reliance case.
A bench, headed by Rohinton Fali Nariman, and comprising Justices B R Gavai and Hrishikesh Rai stayed the matter while hearing a Special Leave Petition (SLP) filed by e commerce giant Amazon.
The matter will be finally decided by the Apex Court, the bench said.
The Top Court listed the matter for hearing on May 4.
