Hyderabad: The High Court in Telangana on Monday came down strongly on the state government and asked to take one last call within the next 48 hours to institute night clock or an exclusion of the weekend.
“If the government does not respond to this within the next 48 hours, the court will accept orders,” the Supreme Court bench, consisting of Chief Justice Hima Kohli and Judge Vijayasen Reddy, told Advocate General (AG) BS Prasad.
The expression of dissatisfaction with the government’s approach to the spread of COVID-19 in Telangana, the chief justice referred to the total lockdown imposed in Delhi and ordered the government to decide quickly.
The Supreme Court has also expressed impatience that the government is not taking any steps other than considering its distribution COVID-19.
Earlier this morning, the High Court ruled
reprimanded as the state for the position of COVID-19 topper in the country.
“We are very dissatisfied with your affidavit as it does not contain any details such as measures to control the footfall in cinemas and other public places,” the bank said.
The bank expressed dissatisfaction with the remarks of AG that the state government ‘is all ready’ and the guidelines of the central government on COVID-19, and pointed out that the center had asked states to formulate their own guidelines on the issue.
The bank has ordered a new report in this regard. It also instructed the government to provide the details of COVID-19 patients on the site. The Supreme Court said that the details of cases registered in GHMC should be submitted on a ward basis.
The next trial is on April 23.
