Grand Finals of ESL PUBG Masters 2021 Europe Spring will take place on 23rd- 25th April 2021. Eight teams have already secured their spot in the Grand Finals. On the other hand rest of the teams have a last chance to qualify for Grand Finals. Some big names like Team Liquid, Ence, Nexus Gaming, battling to secure a spot in the finals.
ESL PUBG Masters 2021 Europe Spring: overview
ESL partnered with KRAFTON Inc. to host a new series of events of PLAYERUNKNOWN’S Battleground ( PUBG) competitive scene. ESL had introduced ESL PUBG Masters and ESL PUBG Open tournaments for 2021. These events will take place twice a year for Europe and the Americas region. There will be a total of 4 ESL PUBG Masters where two will take place in Europe.
ESL PUBG Masters 2021 Europe Phase 1 Group Stage matches started on April 10th, 2021. A total of 16 qualifier’s teams participated in the Group stage where these teams proceeded to stage 2. Stage 2 of the tournament took place on 16th -17th April 2021 where 6 invited teams joined them. The top 8 teams of Stage two got directly qualified for the Grand Finals. The rest of the 16 teams are battling in the last chance stage from 17th April to 18th April.
Each team is battling to finish in the top 8 positions to qualify for the Grand Finals. Total 4 matches took place on the first day of the Last Chance stage. There will be 6 more matches in the Last Chance. The top eight teams will qualify for the Grand Finals where they will meet the rest of the eight teams. The tournament is scheduled to take place on 23rd- 25th April 2021. This event features a massive prize pool of $50,000 USD where all teams won the PUBG Global Championship points also.
