Trying to go 1 month no fap no porn no drinks only lifting heavy and trying to lose weight before pool szn cuz i look not aesthetic at moment. they say 21 days to turn a habbit into a lifestyle so first 3 weeks are the toughest.
Progress:
- Vision is a bit more clear
- Have lost 6 pounds (srs) ran 2 miles a day and lifting
- sleep is more peaceful
- test through the roof srs.
-no brutal hangover so more productive.
- have saved 300 dollars on bar tabs (split into 3 days of going out fri-sun)
Downside:
-havent hanged out with my friends all week long
-no dates
only a week so far and have seen some decent results. Hoping this week will continue the momentum.
Will make a thread next Sunday srs. Reps for the first 5.
