I'll help. This person should've been in a mental institution.

Gun owners support putting people suffering from mental health episodes and criminals away with due process and with a clear path for restoration of rights.

Leftists want to take away firearms from law-abiding citizens, disarm the police, and let criminals and crazy people run free.

Hur dur. Lets just make up scenarios because your argument is so f'n stupid. Did I say crazy people run free? Find me where in my post I said that? I'll wait for you to stop deepthroating your AR-15. I said, there should be laws in place to make it tougher to buy guns, especially if you have a history of mental illness and/or the police are watching you. Only a potato would disagree with such a law.

ANYTIME you see someone like this who had ANY contact with the FBI means they were an ASSET, false flag PATSY used by the FBI to carry out a shooting to add to the savage anti-gun hysteria. Remember, the FBI IS a criminal terrorist organization that John F. Kennedy had wanted eradicated along with the CIA (part of the reason Kennedy was murdered). It's almost like the OP wanted to bitch about his anecdote and doesn't actually care about solving the issue at hand. We saw this before with the Gabby Giffords shooting.

I bet OP would support a "waiting period" until "we can figure out if the person should be able to have a gun". And when women with abusive ex-boyfriends are murdered within the waiting period for their pistol, he'll give zero fuks.
