Closed communities in Hyderabad leave no stone unturned COVID-19

Hyderabad: Amid a rise in the COVID-19 in Telangana, closed communities in Hyderabad have begun imposing restrictions on the movement of people to limit the spread of the virus.

According to a report in Telangana Today, many apartments not only banned the access of outsiders but also asked elders not to leave homes unless there is an emergency. The residents are regularly investigated. Even daily essentials, such as groceries, milk, vegetables, medicines, are provided at the door by seasoned security personnel.

Self-control zones have also emerged at some complexes in Hyderabad. People with fever, cold or cough are asked not to leave their homes. People with COVID-19 symptoms are asked to undergo the test.

Apart from this, people are advised not to attend functions and parties as it is risky to attend such events COVID-19.

Although enclosed communities in Hyderabad leave no stone unturned COVID-19, some residents believe that strict pandemic norms should be applied in public places to win the battle against the disease.

COVID-19 sake in Telangana

Meanwhile, the state has registered 5093 fresh COVID-19 the total infection count to more than 3.51 lakh, while the toll rose to 1824 with another 15 deaths, the government said Sunday.

In Greater Hyderabad, 743 were the most cases, followed by Medchal Malkajgiri (488) and Rangareddy (407), reads a bulletin with details from 17 April at 20:00.

The total number of cases in the state was 3, 51424, while 1555 patients were cured, the total recovery was 3, 12, 563. The state has 37 037 active cases.

The death rate in the state was 0.51 percent, while at the national level it was 1.2 percent. The recovery rate in Telangana was 88.94 percent, while it was 86.6 percent in the country.
