Discouraged from moving from cardio to weight lifting
Hi all.
I've been doing cardio at the gym. I would like to do weightlifting but 2 things discourage me:
1. Having to be constantly eating sometimes 5 times per day
2. If their are future lockdowns wouldn't I lose the mass I gained.
Does anyone have any tips on how to perhaps lessen or go around these?

1. You don't have to do that. Total calories and protein intake are the only things that make a real difference. And you don't have to eat excessively
2. That won't happen if you do some basic maintenance exercises. Maintaining is much easier than growing new muscle

Just lift. Due to unpreventable circumstances I can only hit each muscle group 1x a week. I'm not a wimp. See avatar^^^.
