Director Shankar recently revealed that he is going to do the remake of ‘Anniyan’ in Bollywood. He officially put up a post on his social media handle saying that he roped in the super talented Ranveer Singh for the role of Vikram in the remake. Also, Ranveer expressed his excitement to work with Shankar for the film.

He roped in kiara advani for the role of sada in this bollywood remake of ‘Anniyan’. kiara is riding high in her career delivering back to back hits. Being roped in to play the female lead in a big and prestigious project like ‘Anniyan’ remake is seriously a golden opportunity for her.

Soon after the movie was announced, the original movie producer Aaskar Ravichandran released a legal notice asking shankar not to proceed with the shoot as he holds all the rights of the movie, but without stepping back director shankar is moving further with the film.

He is speeding up the work without stopping ignoring anything negative that is going around him. It is heard that he is with a mindset that as a director who directed it, he holds the entire rights of the film and so was not caring anyone for that matter.
