Vadodara: A fire broke out in the sub-district hospital at Devgadh Baria in Dahod district. The incident took place late on Thursday evening.
An official said that the fire broke out in the store department of the hospital. A wing in the old building of the hospital is also being used as a Covid health centre. Only patients with mild symptoms or those with moderate symptoms who have to be shifted to other hospitals, but have to be kept stable are brought to the facility.
The official added that the fire took place in the room where tablets had been kept. He added that no precious drugs were damaged or destroyed in the incident.
