Hyderabad: The High Court in Telangana has issued an order to the Board of Intermediate Education (BIE) in AP and Telangana to divide the task within three months.
On 2 June 2014, the HK gave an instruction to compile a seniority list of the board employees. The court expressed its dissatisfaction that the process of the employee department was not completed even after the lapse of seven years.
A divisional bank consisting of MS Ramchander Rao and Justice Vinod Kumar instructed the officials of both states to draw up guidelines within mutual agreement within two months and they should complete the division for employees within three months.
Three employees of the AP Board of Intermediate submitted a written petition in the HK stating that the division of the BIE was not in accordance with the AP Reorganization Act.
