Torsion. Had the same thing...legit feared cancer for weeks before going and was set in my head that would be it.
I attributed it to the compressions boxers and rowing or other exercises where shts all smashed up.
Check the clap too tho fam.

yeah man I had that last month and freaked out. I jerked off some blood. It's all clear now, but it felt like torsion. My left ball felt like blue balls for a week.
