Amitabh Bachchan shares a picture from his first live performance 38 years ago in Madison Square Garden; granddaughter Navya Naveli Nanda reacts

Ask him if he knows who Amitabh Bachchan is, he will instantly nod his head. That's the kind of popularity the megastar enjoys. But despite his megastardom, he has zero qualms about interacting with his fans - be it outside his Jalsa home or on social media. He's also always digging through old pictures of his and sharing memories with his loyal fanbase, much to their delight. Once again, Big B has taken to his social media handles to reminisce about a memory from the past. He posted a picture from the first time he performed live. He did it at the Madison Square Garden, in New York. He said it was also the first Indian performance at the venue. Accompanying the picture that shows a young Amitabh, holding a microphone, engrossed in his performance, the star writes, '1983 .. !!! My first LIVE performance .. that sign board at the back is Madison Square Garden New York .. the first ever Indian performer at this most prestigious World Stadium ..'
