CHENNAI: A 22-year-old transgender was arrested for allegedly snatching cash from an 18-year-old boy, at knife-point in Anna Nagar. The incident took place on April 13, near a supermarket on First Avenue.

Two bike-borne transgenders allegedly approached the boy standing on the road, brandished a knife, and made away with Rs 6,500 cash.
