Evergreen hero, Dharamdev Pishorimal Anand aka Dev Anand was one of the greatest actors Bollywood ever had, and it won't be wrong to say that there will be no one like him ever! The legendary actor entertained the audience by appearing in more than 100 films like Guide, Hare Krishna Hare Ram, Des Pardes among several others which still hold a special place in the hearts of cine lovers! Just like his reel life, Dev Anand had an aura that could attract anyone! But did you know that the late legendary actor was banned from wearing black suit in public? This happened after the release of his film, Kala Pani. There were also reports which stated, Dev looked so handsome in a black coat that a girl allegedly ended her life after being mesmerised by his look. He was completely amazed by the power of internet and was perhaps the only actor of his era to have an active Twitter account. Naturally then he was a very open-minded person and not stuck with the conservativeness of his times. Reviving memories of his times he once said in an interview, 'If I wanted, I could have ruled half of Bombay'. And such was his stardom that one doesn’t overlook his statement as a mere exaggeration.
