MTS uses Big Data to target outdoor advertising at the right audience

Russian operator MTS has designed technology based on Big Data to evaluate the efficacy of outdoor, analogue advertising. A pilot project has been carried out in cooperation with the advertising agency Posterscope.  The technology from MTS can evaluate who is in the area around certain advertising constructions and can target advertising aimed at certain segments of the audience.
