Is it harder to go on shredded a second time?

    Hi,

I heard that after one goes shreded and gain all the weight back without reverse dieting would have a harder time to go shredded a second time. Is it true or not?

I just did that and did not reverse diet at all but now I am considering to go shreded again. Do you guys have any advice for me? And is it possible to be shredded all the time and have enerygy without being moody and hungry all the time without the low libido also?

I see you deleted your previous thread, so I have unlocked this one.

No, it's not harder dieting a second time, it should be easier.

You may not be able to maintain very low levels of BF%. Gaining lots of muscle first makes it easier so look lean without these kinds of problems though.

You don't want to be in the situation where you lose your abs just by eating 1 big meal and start dieting again - just because of some temporary bloating. Not good from a psychological point of view.
