Thread: Would you stick with your wife after an acid attack

Imagine you have an hbb wife as shown below.





On a visit to her country, she gets hit with acid and becomes disfigured. You guys have two kids together and are married, would you stick around and be faithful to your wife even after losing her facial aesthetics?

I rather just die than be an acid attack survivor.

You should watch the movie vanilla sky. It follows tom cruise's character who was a billionaire playboy that everyone loved. But he got into an accident that fukked up his face. Then became an anti-social loser/miscer because of it.

I would, im sure many would not. A good portion of those who wouldnt though, likely have a partner that would do the same anyways. Usually those types attract each other.

If you already have an emotional bond with the person then probably, yes. You see it all the time, couples stay together even when one gets fat or loses glow. Once a relationship matures (I do not mean simply getting old in age), appearance is usually no longer a significant factor, where it may well have been at the start.

but there are a there are a few reason i would stay

1) in the original picture she is totally gorgeous. kinda makes it worse but shes still got a bangin body. id dress her up in hijab (just the face covering) and **** the living daylights out of her wearing that...

in other words, i would still find them attractive. if i genuinely found someone to be disgusting i would cut and run and there would be no remorse and no excuses

plus theres always the possiblity that i might actually really love them

I can agree with that. Wouldn’t want someone to date me out of pity. But I would still stay with someone that I love that has gone through an acid attack. I would expect them to do the same as long as they’re still attracted. Like they’re still the same person. And the body may be left undamaged.

Depends. If I deeply care for her and she sacrificed a lot for me, then it only feels right to stay with her.

But to be honest, her face would give me a nightmare, and I'm not sure if I'll ever fully get used to seeing her face.
