Last year during covid I went on a bulk taking me from around 60kg to 63ish, i was eating around 2400 a day. I’m 5’7 btw.
I was on mass gainers and in and out of good diet but look like I packed on good muscle, but also with thag came a bit more fat thag I had hoped, so I then cut, but cut so much I lost my size and now I’m down to 58kg. I just can’t seem to grt the right back on, I’m now eating around 2500 a day and havnt seen the scale jump up.
I know eating more is the answer but just trying to be careful as I get want more of a lean bulk than an agressive one. Any tips on how I can move forward?
