Aurangabad reports 1,329 fresh COVID cases, 23 deaths

Aurangabad, Apr 15 (UNI) Aurangabad district on Thursday recorded 1,329 fresh cases of COVID-19 positive, taking the district tally crossed one lakh marks and stand to 1,04,583 officials sources said tonight.
While 23 people lost their lives to COVID in the same period, pushing the death toll to 2,075 in the district.
Meanwhile, 1,312 patients were cured and discharged, taking the recoveries total to 86,712.
At present, there are 15,796 active cases in Aurangabad district who are undergoing treatment at different hospitals and Covid Care Centres, they added.
