KPN approves dividend, supervisory appointments during AGM

KPN has approved a dividend of EUR 0.13 per share for 2020. As a result, a final dividend of EUR 0.087 per share will be paid in cash on 21 April, after taking out the 15 percent dividend tax. Shares will be ex-dividend from 16 April.
