Recently I bought this creatine loaded with carbohydrates, protein and, calories. It's about 1080 calories, 50 protein, 200 carbs, per serving. The serving is 4 scoops (272 grams). Which is a total of about 16-18 tablespoons. I want to know if it's safe to have 16-18 tablespoons of this creatine a day? The name of it is (Real Mass Advanced Weight Gainer)

You actually bought a mass gainer that just happens to have creatine in it. My guess is that in that 4-scoop serving, there's about 1 serving (~5g) of creatine.
Creatine itself cannot be loaded with carbs, protein, and calories, because that's simply not what creatine is. I would read up on the supplements you're taking before you actually start taking them.BP: 275
