LUDHIANA: A day after industry minister Sundar Sham Arora inaugurated projects at cycle valley-cumfocal point at Dhanansu, businessmen representing micro and small industry are demanding that land be allotted to them there at concessional rates.
Jaswinder Thukral, president of Janta Nagar Small Scale Manufacturing Association; and Vinod Thapar, chairman of the Knitwear Club, said the government should consider reserving land at Dhanansu for smaller units.
