Three boys drown in creek in Thane, bodies recovered

Thane, Apr 15 (UNI) The bodies of all the three children who drowned in the Mumbra creek on Wednesday, have been fished out, the civic sources said.
The trio went to the creek near the railway line for the fast local trains at Mumbra and drowned late last evening at around
2050 hours.
Immediately upon getting the message, a team of local firemen, police and Disaster Management Cell rushed to the scene, launched a frantic search for them and could fish out only two bodies till late last evening.
The third body washed by the side of a house near the creek on Thursday.
The deceased have been identified as Dawood Akbar Selafi, Mohim and Guddu Vazer Shah (all aged 16).
The bodies have been sent to government hospital here for post-mortem.
The Mumbra police have registered a case of accidental death in this regard, sources added.
