Three children feared drowned in creek in Thane

Thane, Apr 14 (UNI) Three children are feared drowned in the creek at Mumbra town of the district on Wednesday, the civic sources said.
The trio went to the creek near the railway line for the fast local trains at Mumbra and drowned in the creek late evening at around 2050 hours.
Immediately upon getting the message, a team of local firemen, police and Disaster Management Cell rushed to the scene and launched a frantic search for them, sources added.
The search was on till the filing of the news report.
