Adani Enterprises’ arm incorporates wholly owned subsidiary

Adani Enterprises’ wholly owned subsidiary -- Adani Road Transport (ARTL) has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary namely, ‘Badakumari Karki Road’ on April 12, 2021. The company has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary company to carry out the Development, Operation, Maintenance and Management of the project - ‘Development of Six Lane Badakumari - Karki Section of NH-130-CD Road from km 179+000 to km 226+500 under RaipurVisakhapatnam Economic Corridor in the State of Odisha on Hybrid Annuity Mode (Package - 0D-3)’ and to do all necessary and incidental activities in this regard.
