Apr. 14—State police incidents reported
State police at Frackville reported the following:
— Evgenii Z. Budaev, 36, Brooklyn, New York, was driving a Ram 1500 south on Interstate 81 on April 2 at 12:56 a.m. when he drove over an icy bridge in the area of mile marker 126. He lost control of the vehicle, which rotated about 180 degrees until it hit a guide rail on the right shoulder. Budaev wasn't injured. The vehicle sustained disabling damage and was hauling a trailer. I-81 north and south lanes were closed during this timeframe for other weather-related crashes. Ryan Twp. firefighters assisted.
— Matthew Taylor, 28, Orwigsburg, faces theft charges after troopers were told a person was set to meet him on March 30 at 11:38 p.m. to buy a motorcycle Taylor advertised on Facebook marketplace. Taylor was given $8,000 at the meeting area, 660 Tuscarora Park Road in Rush Twp., but fled the area without producing the motorcycle.

Incidents reported
Butler Twp. police reported the following:
— Joleen Moon, 33, of Weatherly faces charges after she fought with officers on Thursday morning. Police responded to the EconoLodge for a 911 hang-up call, where they learned Moon was wanted on outstanding bench warrants. She fought with officers as they tried to arrest her. She was committed to the Luzerne County Prison.
— Thomas Fedorko, 40, of Drums was charged with indirect criminal contempt for violating a protection from abuse order. Police said he went to a residence he was prohibited from on Thursday. He was arraigned before Magisterial District Judge O'Donnell and released pending a hearing in Luzerne County Court.
— Police arrested Crystal Horrocks, 21, of Greenfield Twp. while investigating a report of suspicious people on the 400 block of Honey Hole Road at 1:40 a.m. Thursday. Police said Horrocks was wanted for a probation violation in Susquehanna County. She was arrested and transported to the Luzerne County Prison to await extradition.

Woman cited for harassment
Tamaqua police reported Cathy A. Balliet, 57, Tamaqua, faces a harassment citation after a woman told police on March 26 that Balliet keeps harassing her husband inside their apartment building at 305 W. Broad St.
COALDALE
W-B man accused of vehicle theft
A Wilkes-Barre man was apprehended after police say he stole a woman's vehicle March 25.
Randy L. Maurer Jr., 25, faces robbery of a motor vehicle, theft and receiving stolen property, all felonies. He was also charged with two misdemeanors for simple assault.
Bail was set at 10% of $25,000 March 25 by Magisterial District Judge Stephen Bayer, Tamaqua.
According to arrest papers:
A woman told police she was putting her daughter into her car seat when a man approached asking her where the closest convenience store was. The woman directed him to a store and asked if he needed something. That's when the man told her to take her daughter out of the vehicle and give him her keys. Tamaqua police later stopped Maurer in the vehicle in the area of the East End Fire Company on Broad Street. Maurer was taken into custody without incident.
