Meanwhile, in Nanded, 1,664 fresh Covid-19 patients and 27 deaths were reported in the last two days, taking the district's tally of such cases to 61,072 and the toll to 1,130, respectively.
On the other hand, 1,387 more patients were discharged during the day across the district, taking the overall count of recoveries to 46,578.
There are now 13,107 active cases in the district, an official report said.
