Started at 189lb, cut with a lot of running and just maintaining my strength not trying to build too much more muscle. Current weight 168, and dropped atleast 1” off waist line. First 2 pics are current, last 2 are 2 months ago.
Feels good to be the lightest I’ve weighted in 10 years but it seems like I’ve stalled out and I’m stuck at 168 for the past couple weeks. I had an ultimate goal of hitting 165 but it seems justttt out of reach. Any tips to shed the last few pounds? Also bf estimate?
