The movie will be releasing in theaters as well as on the OTT platform directly on May 21, 2021. Ajith's Valimai movie actress huma qureshi will be part of this project and she will be essaying the character 'Geeta'. A group of mercenaries plot a heist on a Las Vegas casino during a zombie outbreak is the oneliner of the movie. Netflix acquired the distribution rights to the project from Warner Bros. with Zack Snyder directing. It marks the second zombie film directed by Snyder following his 2004 directorial debut, Dawn of the Dead.


Zack Snyder also plans to expand this universe. An anime-style tv series are in developement to expand the franchise. The trailer which released on youtube has created several records. The trailer which runs for a span of 3 minutes has clearly shown us how gore and blood-shed the movie is going to be. huma qureshi is seen in a particular shot in the trailer and she is looking drop-dead gorgeous.
